- Individual/family : $30 lifetime fee - $10 goes to the Fund
- Group or organization, per location: $60 lifetime fee - $20 goes to the Fund
- Small Business - under 50 employees: $100 lifetime fee - $40 goes to the Fund
- Large Business - over 50 employees: $200 lifetime fee - $60 goes to the Fund
The amount of your membership fee that goes to the Leadership Garden Fund is a not a tax-deductible donation.
